-To re-login to the Engagement platform as a different user you must log out first, click the circle at the top right of the of the engagement tab and then click “logout” at the botton of the section.

- If the video is not playing or was paused, hover over the video with your mouse and press the play button on the bottom left.

- Click on Agenda above to see the schedule for the day

- Click on the expand video icon that is on the bottom right of the video screen - to see our broadcast full screen

- Please make sure your audio is enabled
